Refund Policy

SNK Sports/Soccer maintains a strict refund policy as a player’s acceptance of a position on the team prevents another player from filling that spot. Additionally, the club incurs costs based on player headcount for services provided. As a result, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Participation fees cover the entire soccer year.

By accepting an invitation to play with the club, a player commits to paying the full fee for the entire season. No refunds, either partial or full, will be issued to players who choose not to participate after registration, including players suspended from the program.

Alternatively, the amount paid can be issued as a credit and applied toward participation in another SNK program.

The only exceptions are:

If a player sustains a season-ending injury, the club may consider offering a partial credit after reviewing documentation provided by the treating physician or facility.

If a family relocates during the season, the club may consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
