Since our founding in 2001, we have proudly served athletes and families throughout the West Essex region by providing quality coaching, professional instruction, and a positive, community-driven sports environment.
With over 25 years of experience in the youth sports community, SNK Sports Facility has become a trusted home for soccer, lacrosse, fitness, and multi-sport development programs.
Our goal is simple: to help athletes grow, compete, and develop a lifelong love of sports.
Who We Are
SNK is a Youth Sports Facility facility located in Fairfield, NJ focusing in Lacrosse, Soccer and Fitness Instruction. We are committed to fostering athletic development, confidence, and character in players of all ages and ability levels. Whether an athlete is stepping onto the field for the first time or training at a competitive level, we meet them where they are and help them reach their full potential.

Leadership & Coaching Excellence
Rob Grosso
Founder & Director
Rob Grosso is the founder and director of SNK Sports Facility and leads the coaching philosophy and program development across all sports. His extensive background spans youth, high school, and collegiate athletics.
Rob previously served as Head Coach of the girls’ soccer team at Millburn High School, where he led the program to multiple county championships and a Group 3 state title. He also coached at the collegiate level as Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Caldwell University.
Currently, Rob serves as the Head Varsity Boys Soccer Coach at West Essex High School, a role he has held for over a decade. He was recently named Coach of the Year by NJ.com after leading the program to one of its strongest seasons, including historic wins and a high seed in the state playoffs.
In addition to his high school and SNK leadership roles, Rob has worked as a health and physical education teacher and Director of Coaching for multiple youth soccer organizations. He continues to support the broader soccer community as a Program Advisor and Trainer for North Caldwell FC, Caldwell–West Caldwell Soccer Club, and Glen Ridge Soccer Club.
Rob’s experience in elite high school coaching, youth development, club training strategy, and organizational leadership shapes the culture at SNK Sports Facility. His championship-level track record, commitment to player development, and recognition by local media and coaching organizations reinforce SNK’s standard of excellence, both on and off the field.

Our indoor turf facility offers a flexible training environment that allows athletes to improve, compete, and enjoy active play—rain or shine. We design our programs to support both recreational interests and competitive ambitions, ensuring a high-quality experience for every participant.
